A message from the Coaches

As head coach of the Pebblebrook High School Boys Basketball Team, I am extremely excited about the upcoming season! Expectations for this group are high as we are returning our entire team. We take great pride in our program and our goal is to continue to uphold the standard of excellence we expect on and off the court. As coaches, we ask a lot from our players and hold them to high standards in the classroom, on the basketball court, and in the community.
The demands are much greater on the players at this level, requiring extensive training and travel for games. We hope that playing in these leagues and tournaments will give our guys the opportunity to compete at the highest level and grow as athletes and individuals.
The Pebblebrook High School basketball team is a group of diverse young men from various backgrounds both socially and economically. We recognize not only the athlete but the student athlete. We take academics seriously and maintain a team Grade Point Average of a 3.0. While on the court we are coming off an incredible season where we were 23-6 and made it to the Georgia 6A Final 4. This year our team has been invited to participate in the 2014 Max Prep Holiday Classic Tournament in Palm Springs, CA. These young men have worked hard to improve their fundamentals, confidence, and knowledge of this great game of basketball. We are proud of these young men and are looking forward to their continued growth both on and off the court!
I would like to personally invite all of our Pebblebrook supporters to join us this season in support of our student athletes. Come out and watch ours guys play. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
How you can help the Pebblebrook Falcons Basketball Team
To compete at this level, these young men have shown a tremendous amount of dedication, unwavering teamwork, and perseverance. Each season we strive to provide our players with the best possible experience. Continuing to pursue the high standards set by previous Pebblebrook Basketball teams requires commitment, hard work, and resources. Unfortunately, high school athletics are not completely funded by our school and county. The majority of our program’s funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity of Falcons supporters from all over. The supporting cast is absolutely crucial to the success of this program.
The road to Palm Springs, CA is a long and expensive one. The Pebblebrook Falcons players and their families are dedicated to making this trip a reality and we could really use your help. As our players continue to work hard in the classroom and on the court this season, we respectfully request your financial assistance as we continue our efforts to provide our student athletes championship resources and equipment. The contributions we receive will help us cover our team’s travel related costs for out of state games, hotel and lodging expenses, and additional tournament fees. Most important of all, your generous donation will provide our players and coaches with the support needed to develop strong, disciplined young men of character, integrity, and pride.

WE ARE THE FALCONS!
Thanks for checking out my personal sponsorship page for the Pebblebrook Falcons Basketball Team! All the players got together and created our own sponsorship page to send out to our friends and family. I thought that I would send it to the special people in my life, so I hope you don’t mind that I included you.
Our main goal is to raise enough money to help cover the expenses of our travel expenses for out of town games and tournaments. We have each been challenged to raise $300 by our coaches but my personal goal will be to raise much more! My teammates and I are all doing our best in raising as much as possible to help cover these costs. If you would be able to donate any amount, I would really appreciate it! We are super excited about this competitive season and all that challenges that come with it! I will keep you posted on how my team and I are doing as we continue through the season.
