A message from Head Coach Jim Kremer
As the new Head Coach of the Sonoraville High School Football team, I am extremely excited about the 2014 season. We are starting a new chapter in Phoenix Football this year. With a new coaching staff in tow, we are bringing in a new attitude for the entire program - coaches, players and booster club. While it is a new attitude, we are not changing things too much. We are inheriting a program that made the GHSA state playoffs in 2013 for the first time ever. And they did this with 13 sophomores and 2 freshmen starting! So the future is bright, and we can't wait to get started!
My staff and I are dedicated to each and every player in our program and we know our student athletes will represent our community in a positive manner. I would like to personally invite all of our Phoenix supporters to join us this season in support of our student athletes. As a group, our athletes will continue to pursue excellence, both in the classroom, and on the field.
2014 is guaranteed to be an exciting season as we continue to establish a tradition of excellence within the Phoenix program!
How you can help the Sonoraville Phoenix Football team
Once you make the playoffs for the first time, you set the bar a little bit higher. Establishing a new set of standards for the Sonoraville Football team requires commitment, hard work, and resources. We want to provide our players with the best experience possible, from camps and 7 on 7's in the summer through the State Playoffs. The majority of our program’s funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity of Sonoraville football supporters from all over. The supporting cast is absolutely crucial to the success of this program. We hope that this fundraiser will help establish the tradition of Sonaraville Football and give our student-athletes the best possible experience while playing for the Phoenix.
As our players continue to work hard in the classroom and weight room in the offseason, we respectfully request your financial assistance as we continue our efforts to provide our student-athletes championship level resources and equipment. The contributions we receive will help us to cover the cost of upgrading some of our older equipment, both player equipment such as helmets, and on-field equipment. It will also help with other items such as our facility improvements, replacement uniforms, and training equipment. Most important of all, your generous donation will provide our players and coaches with the support needed to develop strong, disciplined young men of character, integrity, and pride.

A Message From Thad Harris
Are you ready for some football? I am! I am also very excited to be part of the 2014 Sonoraville Phoenix Football team. Our team has shown a great new attitude this summer and this year’s team is working towards a long playoff run!
One of our first challenges, off the field, is to raise enough money to maintain the activities of the football program. Our coach has challenged each of us to raise at least $300 -- but more would be even better! If you would be willing to help me out with a donation I would really appreciate it.
