MAKING IT HAPPEN!
As the head coach for the Taft Charter High School football program, I am looking forward to what is sure to be an exciting season in 2014. Our goal for this year is to return Taft to its winning tradition and on top of the football rankings in the CIF. Our entire coaching staff is dedicated to developing young men that will be great on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. We will lay the groundwork for consistent success and are looking forward to starting a new tradition of excellence at Taft Charter High School.
2014 is guaranteed to be another exciting season as we begin our mission of being the best we can be!
How you can help our football program
The accomplishments and goals we hope to achieve as players, coaches, and an organization take hard work, effort and resources. Unfortunately, high school athletics are only partially funded by our school and county. The large majority of our program's funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity in the community. This supporting cast is an integral part in the success of our program.
Our young men have been working very hard with off-season training and in the classroom. As they do their work and start to prepare for practice, we respectfully request your financial assistance to help our team with some pressing needs. Our goal is to offer our players the very best football experience possible. Every contribution we receive will help us to cover the costs of Football Camps, Helmets, Shoulders Pads, Uniforms, Balls, and other equipment that we need to be our best. Most importantly this fundraiser will provide our players and coaches with the support needed to develop strong, young men of character, integrity, and pride.

A Thank You Message From Nyrobi
I would like to take the time to extend a personal thank you for your gracious donation and support. Knowing I have so many in my corner praying, encouraging and who come have out to support me on the field is priceless.
I am also forever grateful for the support you have shown towards my mom who has stood aside me from the very beginning from the age of six. Those of you who have always donated to every fundraiser I have had over the years will never go unnoticed by both of us.
I am very excited to be part of the 2014 Taft Toreadors Football Team. Our team has been working really hard preparing for this season, and we are ready for a spot back in the playoffs!. I hope to see some of you in the stands cheering us on this season.
Again, I thank each one of you for the support and I ask that you continue praying for me. I look forward to my sophomore year of varsity football and the new journey awaiting me.
