The Arrowhead Lacrosse and Field Hockey programs have had tremendous success over the last 10 years. Success has many definitions, and these programs meet all of them - championships won, players who have moved on to play in college, growth of the game in the area, and more importantly many young men and women who have developed a life long habit for success by combining athletics, character building and personal responsibility.
As the programs continues to grow, the boys and girls high school lacrosse programs, in addition to the Arrowhead Field Hockey program, and the Lake County Youth Lacrosse program are jointly working together on the Arrowhead Field Hockey & Lacrosse project. This state of the art facility will consist of one turf field, one grass field, fencing and a parking lot. This complex will be a huge upgrade over our current facilities, and will be where our young athletes will play for years to come. This project is more than just fields however, it’s a community resource and asset that will be used by many in the community for years. For example, immediately the project will be used to consolidate 7 High School level team practices that are conducted offsite. Youth teams will be able to practice and play on far superior facilities immediately. Community events will be scheduled as well. It will be a tremendous location for our young athletes to practice, grow and expand their love of the games of field hockey and lacrosse!
How you can help the Arrowhead Field Hockey & Lacrosse project
There has already been a significant amount of effort put into this project. We are so close to our goal, but we still need to raise $290,000 by May 13, 2015. In order for us to see this project through, we need to reach out to family, friends, businesses and the community to help us reach our goal.
As our players continue to work hard in the classroom and on the field this season, we respectfully request your financial assistance as we continue our efforts to provide our student-athletes championship resources and facilities. All donations, which are tax-deductible, will be used directly to help defray the final balance due for the new facility. If for some reason the project is not finalized, rather than refunding the donations, all monies made with this OurFund fundraising campaign will be utilized by the teams (Arrowhead Field Hockey, Arrowhead Girls Lacrosse, Arrowhead Boys Lacrosse, Lake Country Youth lacrosse) for equipment, field upgrades and other season expenses to continue to upgrade the programs. Most important of all, your generous donation will provide our players and coaches with the support needed to develop strong, disciplined young men and women of character, integrity, and pride.

A Message From Jackson, Alyssa & Ashley Ells
All of the Arrowhead/Lake Country Lacrosse and Field Hockey players got together and each created a fundraising page to send out to our friends and family. I thought that I would send it to the special people in my life, so I hope you don’t mind that I included you.
Our goal is to raise enough money with this fundraiser to be able to move forward with the new Lacrosse and Field Hockey facility. Our coach has challenged each of us to raise $575 but my personal goal is to raise more. If you would be willing to help me out with a donation I would really appreciate it. I will keep you posted on how my team and I are doing as our season goes on. Thanks again and hopefully you’ll be able to come out and see us play this year.
