MAKING IT HAPPEN!
The Milton Eagles Football Program is looking forward to what is sure to be an exciting season in 2013. We have laid the groundwork for consistent success and fully expect to continue our winning tradition. After reaching the State Playoffs for 2nd consecutive year in 2012, our goal is advance to a State Championship this year. Some highlights from previous seasons are:
• Reached the State Playoffs in 2012 with a final record of 7-4.
• First Round of State Playoffs in 2011.
• Competes in the largest and arguably the toughest classification in GA.
• 10 players from our 2012 team have or will be signing scholarships to play football collegiately.
• 2 All State and All Region Players last year with many more in years past.
• Supported our community by donating to the Wounded Warrior Project, participating in the American Heart Association’s Relay for Life. Our young men also work with orphaned children and conduct food drives for the less fortunate.
2013 is shaping up to be another exciting season as we continue building a tradition of excellence.

The accomplishments and goals we hope to achieve as players, coaches, and an organization take hard work, effort, and resources. Unfortunately, due to major budget cuts, high school athletics are not funded by our school and county. The large majority of our program's funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity in the community.
As our athletes are working hard in the weight room getting ready for our annual Lift-a-thon and in the classroom earning good grades, we respectfully request your financial assistance as we continue our efforts to provide a championship caliber program and facilities for our young men. Additionally, the contributions we receive will also allow us to cover costs for our team’s equipment, travel, football camps, and uniform related expenses this upcoming season. Most important of all, your generous donation will provide our players and coaches with the support needed to develop strong, disciplined young men of character, integrity, and pride.

A Message From Pete DeWeese
All the Milton Football players got together and each created a fundraising page to send out to our friends and family. I thought that I would send it to the special people in my life, so I hope you don’t mind that I included you.
Our goal is to raise enough money with this fundraiser to help cover the cost of getting us better and safer equipment and to help pay for football camps this summer. We also want to help pay for some of our team's travel costs and uniforms. Our coach has challenged each of us to raise $400 but my personal goal is to raise more. If you would be willing to help me out with a donation I would really appreciate it. I will keep you posted on how my team and I are doing as we get ready for spring practice. Thanks again and hopefully you’ll be able to come out and see us play this fall as we make our playoff run.
PS: We are also having our annual Lift-a-thon on February 28th at the school gym at 6pm if you would like to bring your family out to watch this exciting event!
