A message from Head Coach Chester Ransom
Winning. Everybody wants to do it, but it takes drive, practice, persistence and maximum effort. The Sprayberry High School Track and Field team isn't afraid to put in the hours it takes to continue a winning tradition. We've laid a foundation for continued success through our accomplishments over the past few years. Our goals for 2026 are the same as we've always had - win our Region and make our presence felt, individually and as a team, at the State Championships!
The Yellow Jackets Track and Field program takes great pride in winning and promoting our sport in a first-class manner. Our goal is to continue to uphold the high standard set by our past teams, both on and off the track. Competing in a highly competitive Region will have its challenges, but our record of recent successes demonstrates the team's drive and determination to achieve measurable success.
2026 is shaping up to be another exciting season. Get on board. Join the Yellow Jacket Nation and help us continue a winning tradition.
How you can help the Yellow Jackets Track and Field team
Continuing to pursue the high standards set by previous Yellow Jacket Track & Field teams requires commitment, hard work, and resources. We attempt to provide our players with the best experience possible, from the uniforms we wear, to the training methods and equipment we use, and the facilities we perform on. We hope that this fundraiser will help sustain the tradition of Sprayberry Track & Field and give our student-athletes the best experience possible while competing for the Yellow Jackets.
Some of our plans for the upcoming season are to attend a variety of competitive track meets. We need to update our equipment in order to keep up with the latest training techniques. We would also like to defray the cost of our team travel and other general season expenses we will incur this season. The players, coaches, and our program would be extremely grateful for any support you can provide. Each event we participate in helps our athletes improve a little each day, which is our goal - to be better today than we were yesterday. I would love for you to come out and see us compete if you get the opportunity.
Sincerely,
Chester Ransom

A Message From Jordan Williams
Hi everyone! Track & Field season at Sprayberry High is here, and I’m excited to get started.
To help cover the costs of our season, each athlete has been asked to raise $400 — and I’m aiming to exceed that goal. If you’re willing to support me with a donation, I would truly appreciate it.
Thank you for cheering me on and being part of my journey. I’ll keep you updated throughout the season, and I hope you can come watch us compete as we push for a state run!
Thank you so much for your support!
