A message from Head Coach Michael Loyd
Winning. Everybody wants to do it, but it takes drive, practice, persistence and maximum effort. As the Head Coach of the Kennesaw Mountain High School Volleyball team, I am extremely excited about the 2021 season. With all the craziness that the 2020 season provided, the Mustangs were able to finish the 2020 season in the GA State Final 4 for the first time in 10 years! Now the girls have had a taste of that level of playoff volleyball, and they want more! The kids have come back more excited than ever and eager to get started for 2021. Based on the excitement I am seeing from the returning players, I can't wait to get rolling!
My staff and I are dedicated to each and every player in our program and we know our student athletes will represent our community in a positive manner. We have a tremendous senior class that will provide the leadership we need, as well as some very talented underclassmen who we expect to excel at the varsity level. I would like to personally invite all of our Mustang supporters to join us this season in support of our student athletes. As a group, our athletes will continue to pursue excellence, both in the classroom, and in the gym.
2021 is guaranteed to be an exciting season as we continue to build on the tradition of excellence within the Mustang Volleyball program!
How you can help the Mustangs Volleyball team
The accomplishments we have made as players, coaches, and an organization take hard work, effort and resources. We are dedicated to the development on and off the court of each of our players. Unfortunately, like a lot of high school teams, funds are limited and do not cover the expenses for the season. A significant part of our program’s funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity in the community.
As our athletes are working hard this season in the classroom and on the court, we respectfully request your financial assistance as we continue our efforts to provide a year round program of development for these players. The contributions we receive will allow us to pay for things such as a summer camps, local tournament fees, uniforms, player apparel, and other general season expenses we will incur this season.

A Message From Michael Loyd
I am the proud Head Coach of the Kennesaw Mountain Volleyball Program. We are working on an important goal that I would like to tell you about because you are important part of my life. I really appreciate you taking the time to consider the possibility of helping our team this year.
Our goal is to raise enough money with this fundraiser to help cover the cost of our summer camps and tournament registration fees, as well as other needed items. I have challenged each of of my players to raise $300 and as the leader I MUST lead by example and OUTRAISE them. If you would be willing to help me out with a donation I would really appreciate it. I will keep you posted on how the team is doing during our season. Thanks again and hopefully you’ll be able to come out and see us play this year. As we look to make it past the final 4 to the State Championship this year.
