A message from Head Coach Sarah Wyant
Winning. Every team wants to do it, but it takes discipline, practice, persistence and maximum effort. The Sheehan Softball team is not afraid to put in the hours it takes to continue a winning tradition. We have laid a foundation for continued success through our accomplishments over the past few years. The 2018 season included 3 All-SCC players, 2 All-Record Journal Players, an SCC Tournament Semi-Final appearance, and a Class M Quarterfinals appearance. Our goals for 2019 are the same as they always have been and that is to win the Southern Connecticut Conference and make our presence felt in the State Playoffs.
The Titans Softball program takes great pride in our student athletes. Our goal is to continue to uphold the high standards set by our past teams, both on and off the field. We have a great group of talented young ladies this year that will provide the leadership we need for continued success and will create the competition we need to make every player better. But these are more than just athletes, they are truly student-athletes - a 3.63 team GPA, benefit games to support local families, and this fall, they will host a softball camp for the town of Wallingford. They really are a great group of young women!

How you can help the Titans Softball team
Continuing to pursue the high standards set by previous Sheehan Softball teams requires commitment, hard work, and resources. We attempt to provide our players with the best experience possible, providing them with the training and equipment they need to be successful. Unfortunately, high school budgets are tight, and athletics are not completely funded by our school and county. A large portion of our program’s funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity of Sheehan Softball supporters from all over. The supporting cast is absolutely crucial to the success of this program. We hope that this fundraiser will help sustain the tradition of Sheehan Softball and give our student-athletes the best possible experience while playing for the Titans.
As our players continue to work hard in the classroom and on the field this season, we respectfully request your financial assistance as we continue our efforts to provide our student-athletes championship resources and equipment. The contributions we receive will help us to cover the cost of practice uniforms, CrossFit Triton workouts, and other general expenses we will incur this season. Most importantly, your generous donation will provide our players and coaches with the support needed to develop strong, disciplined young women of high character, integrity, and pride.

A Message From Coach Wyant
Are you ready for some softball? I am! I am also very excited about the 2018 Sheehan Titans Softball team. Our team has had great success over the years, and this year’s team is working towards a long playoff run!
One of our first challenges, off the field, is to raise money to maintain the activities of the softball program. We have a few things on our list that these donations will help us with, from off-season workouts, practice uniforms, and new equipment. Anything you can donate will be a great help to our teams success!
