A message from Head Coach Ron Gartrell
Winning. Everybody wants to do it, but it takes drive, practice, persistence and maximum effort. The Stephenson Football team isn't afraid to put in the hours it takes to continue a winning tradition. We've laid a foundation for continued success through our accomplishments over the past few years. Our goals for 2018 are the same as we've always had - win our Region and make a long run in the State Playoffs!
The Jaguar Football program takes great pride in winning. Our goal is to continue to uphold the high standard set by our past teams, both on and off the field. We have a great senior class this year that will provide the leadership we need for success, and our talented underclassmen will create the competition we need to make every player better. Competing in a highly competitive Region will have its challenges, but our recent record of titles shows the team's drive and determination to achieve measurable success. Some highlights from our past few seasons are:
• 185 - 71 win/loss record since the program started in 1996.
• Eight Region titles since 2001.
• 52 players named to 1st, 2nd or Honorable Mention All-State teams since 1996
• Dozens of players have committed to continue playing at the collegiate and professional levels.
• Tremendous success academically and in the team's community service efforts.
2018 is shaping up to be another exciting season. Get on board. Join the Jaguar Nation and help us continue a winning tradition.
How you can help the Jaguars Football team
The accomplishments we have made over the years as players, coaches, and an organization take hard work, effort and resources. We attempt to provide our athletes with the best experience possible, from the uniforms we wear, to the training methods and equipment we use, and the facilities we perform on. Unfortunately, our school and county does not fully provide for the funding we need to field a championship program, and additional resources are needed.
As our players are working hard in practice to be the best they can be, we respectfully request your financial assistance as we continue our efforts to providing our young men with championship facilities and equipment. Your contributions will also help toward the cost of equipment (both player and on field), player apparel, coaching apparel, weight room enhancements and other general season expenses we will incur this year. Most important of all, your generous donation will provide our players and coaches with the support they need to develop these athletes into young men with character, integrity, and pride.

A Message From Deshon Stoudemire
Are you ready for some football? I am! I am also very excited to be part of the 2018 Stephenson Jaguars Football team. Our team is working really hard this spring and summer with the focus being a long playoff run this fall!
One of our first challenges, off the field, is to raise enough money to maintain the activities of the football program. Our coach has challenged each of us to raise at least $300 -- but any donation would be great! If you would be willing to help me out with a donation I would really appreciate it.
